Waste Warriors Society is an organization that works with businesses, financiers, governments and civil society to realize sustainable waste management in the Indian Himalayan Region. We believe that action-driven collaborations drive impact on the Sustainable Development Goals and create value for all.
We work in multiple landscapes across Himachal and Uttarakhand with companies and governments towards sustainable solid waste management. We develop and apply innovative, business driven approaches to create sustainable livelihoods and services to have large scale positive impact on the environment, wildlife, local governance, women, and youth which will help reaching the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.
